Welcome to Snuggle Paws. By visiting our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all online purchases and use of our site.

We’re a UK-based business, and our policies comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other relevant consumer protection laws.

Ordering and Payment

When you place an order through our site, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and up-to-date
  • You are authorised to use the payment method submitted
  • You understand that placing an order forms a contract once it’s accepted by us

Prices

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices and product details without prior notice.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across the UK using trusted courier services. Here’s what to expect:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Express Delivery: Available on select products at checkout
  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout, based on delivery location and order size

You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Returns and Refunds

We want you and your pet to love your order. But if things aren’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

  • Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period
  • You can return unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 14 days of receipt
  • To start a return, email us at Info@snugglepaws.co.uk 

Refunds:

  • We’ll process refunds within 7 working days of receiving your returned item
  • Refunds go to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We do not accept returns on used beds unless they are faulty.

Liability and Warranties

All Snuggle Paws products come with a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects.

This covers:

  • Faulty stitching or seams
  • Structural issues with materials or construction
  • Zips or components that fail under normal use

It doesn’t cover damage from misuse, chewing, or wear and tear.

Our Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses or damage caused by delays, misuse, or third-party actions (like couriers). Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
