At Snuggle Paws, we deliver high-quality dog and cat beds across the UK with care, speed, and reliability. Every order is shipped securely in our branded, eco-conscious packaging, from our UK-based fulfilment partner directly to your door.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it within 1–3 business days.
We work with trusted UK suppliers and source most items on demand. This ensures your pet’s bed is fresh, well-packaged, and of the highest quality, not sat gathering dust in a warehouse.

We currently offer Standard UK Delivery:
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after your order is processed
- Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location

London & Southeast: 3–4 days
Midlands, Manchester, Liverpool: 4–5 days
Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland: 5–7 days

At the moment, we only deliver within the UK, but we’re exploring international options soon.

Shipping is £10 flat, or free on all orders over £100.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If it’s past your expected delivery date, email Info@snugglepaws.co.uk and we’ll look into it ASAP.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Most couriers deliver Monday to Saturday. Sunday delivery is currently unavailable.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Please email us quickly, if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
Will all my items arrive together?
Yes, we aim to ship everything together. If your items are split, you’ll be notified and given tracking info for each parcel.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Not always. Many of our couriers offer safe drop or delivery to a neighbour, you’ll get options at checkout or via tracking updates.
What if my product is damaged on arrival?
We’re really sorry if that happens! Email us with a photo within 7 days, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
