At Snuggle Paws, we know that buying the right bed for your pet isn’t always simple. That’s why we’ve made our returns and exchanges process as friendly, flexible, and fuss-free as possible, because your satisfaction (and your pet’s comfort) is what matters most.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused
- Returned in their original condition
- Packed in the original branded packaging
If your order doesn’t quite fit or your pet had second thoughts, we’ll do our best to help.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of hygiene standards, used pet beds can’t be returned unless they’re damaged or defective upon arrival. This is to ensure every product we send is clean, safe, and fresh for every customer.
How to Request a Return
Just email our support team at Info@snugglepaws.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and return instructions.
Return Shipping
- If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.
- If you’re returning for another reason (like a size swap), return shipping is your responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable courier so nothing gets lost on the way.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. It’ll be returned to your original payment method, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s on the way.
Exchanges
Need a different size, colour, or style?
We’re happy to help with an exchange. As soon as your original item reaches us in returnable condition, we’ll ship your new item out right away and email you the tracking info.
